This Privacy Policy explains how SiteWatch collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website monitoring platform.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, account information, login information, monitored website URLs, notification preferences, billing status, support requests, technical logs, usage data, and analytics data.
2. Monitoring Data
When you add a website to SiteWatch, our systems may periodically access that website to check uptime, response time, HTTP status, SSL certificate status, domain expiration, DNS data, IP information, and related technical details.
3. How We Use Data
We use information to operate the service, monitor websites, send alerts, manage accounts, provide support, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve performance, analyze usage, and secure our platform.
4. Payments and Billing
Payments are securely processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and may collect and process billing details, payment information, tax information, invoices, refund requests, and related transaction data. SiteWatch does not store full payment card numbers.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our website, improve user experience, measure marketing performance, and detect technical issues.
6. Notifications
If you enable notifications, we may process your email address, Telegram chat ID, phone number, WhatsApp details, or other contact information required to deliver alerts related to monitored websites.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers such as payment processors, hosting providers, email delivery services, analytics providers, support tools, and notification providers, only as needed to operate SiteWatch.
8. Data Retention
We retain account, billing, monitoring, and technical data for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Some monitoring history may be retained according to your subscription plan.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by contacting us. Some requests may be limited where data must be retained for legal, billing, security, or legitimate business reasons.
11. International Processing
Your information may be processed and stored in countries where SiteWatch or its service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection of personal information.

4. תשלומים וחיוב
התשלומים מעובדים בצורה מאובטחת באמצעות Paddle. Paddle משמשת כ־Merchant of Record ועשויה לאסוף ולעבד פרטי חיוב, פרטי תשלום, נתוני מס, חשבוניות, בקשות החזר ונתוני עסקה קשורים. SiteWatch אינה שומרת מספרי כרטיס אשראי מלאים.
5. עוגיות ואנליטיקה
אנו עשויים להשתמש בעוגיות, כלי אנליטיקה וטכנולוגיות דומות כדי להבין כיצד מבקרים משתמשים באתר, לשפר את חוויית המשתמש, למדוד ביצועי שיווק ולאתר בעיות טכניות.
6. התראות
אם המשתמש מפעיל התראות, אנו עשויים לעבד כתובת אימייל, מזהה צ׳אט Telegram, מספר טלפון, פרטי WhatsApp או פרטי קשר אחרים הנדרשים לשליחת התראות הקשורות לאתרים המנוטרים.
