1. Service

SiteWatch provides tools for monitoring websites, SSL certificates, domain expiration, website availability, and related technical information. Monitoring results may include uptime status, response time, HTTP status codes, incidents, and alert history.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for websites and systems you own, manage, or are authorized to monitor.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis, according to the plan selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the selected billing period.

Payments are securely processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through SiteWatch and may handle payment processing, taxes, invoices, refunds, and billing support.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. After cancellation, your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with SiteWatch infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, abuse monitoring requests, or use SiteWatch to monitor third-party systems without authorization.

7. Monitoring Limitations

SiteWatch strives to provide reliable monitoring and timely alerts, but we do not guarantee that all downtime, SSL issues, domain issues, or incidents will be detected or reported without delay. Monitoring may be affected by network conditions, third-party services, hosting providers, DNS issues, or infrastructure failures.

8. Service Changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update plans, limits, features, and pricing, subject to applicable law and required notice where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Punkleumi and SiteWatch are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, business, revenue, data, or reputation losses resulting from use of the service, downtime, missed alerts, delayed alerts, or monitoring inaccuracies.

10. Privacy

Your use of SiteWatch is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
